New for 2024, Amit Sihra is offering to mentor those of you who are new to Reiki or interested in Reiki and meditation more generally. Amit is running a monthly group guided meditation with Q&A and this is open to all: members and non-members of the UKRF.

Amit started his Reiki journey in 2014 and is a Reiki Master Practitioner based in London / Berkshire. As part of the UK Reiki Federation team, he is responsible for ensuring that lineages are valid and kept up to date. Amit's desire is to inspire and be inspired by everyone in the Reiki community.
