Happy New Year!
Make some time for yourself this winter. A regular Yoga practice can help banish winter blues, boost your mood and make you feel energised.
If you are interested in trying Yoga for the first time or returning to classes after a break everyone is welcome.
I currently offer 2 local classes: Monday afternoons at 2pm in St Hildas Church Hall. Thursday evenings at 6.30pm in St John's Ambulance Hall.
( there are currently 2 spaces available in the Monday class and 4 available in the Thursday class).

So looking forward to starting back my Yoga classes after an extended seasonal break.
We will be at St Hildas Church Hall on Monday afternoon's at 2pm ( first class of the year on 8th).
Evening class at St John's Ambulance Hall on Thursdays at 6.30pm ( first class on 11th)
We practice traditional Hatha Yoga and my classes are mixed ability and all inclusive.
New members are always welcome.

I have now updated my website to include all 4 classes.( with more than a little help from my son in-law )
There are 3 classes at St Hildas Church Hall Griffithstown and a beginners class at Henllys Village Hall.

Next Saturday 3rd September I am hosting a Yoga day retreat at The Bridges Centre Monmouth. We will practice all our favourite Yoga postures and sequences with a few new ones too. This year the lovely Carly of Hafan Yoga will be joining us to share her Gitananda style of Yoga practice. We have the same caterer as last year so the buffet lunch will be yummy.
There's still time to book the last few spaces.
The cost is £40 all inclusive.
