Why I love my job!

Getting people pain free and back to doing what they love 👏🏼

This back injury was no joke!

I've been to the best BP Sports Therapy & Rehab and she's pretty much fixed me, told me how to manage it, how to not let it happen again and what exactly had happened.

It still hurts a little but it's so much better and I'll be returning to work tomorrow!

I am happy to announce that from June I am going to be based at on a full time basis!

Treatments are open to both members and non members of the gym.
(Current clients- do not worry!)

I am looking forward to being able to work alongside these athletes and keep them performing to their high standard!🏆

Any appointments for the remainder of this month will still be from my current location of on Cleethorpes Seafront.

I am very lucky to be able to work with some of the best athletes 👏🏼

Working alongside Lexie whilst she continues to climb higher in her Netball career is always a pleasure!

We focus on keeping Lexie moving to the best of her ability to counteract her high output in training and Netball games-
Prevention is better than cure!
