As most of you are aware and see, im wholeheartedly invested in creating you the ultimate wellness experience at Star Therapies. From point of booking, your appointment confirmation, reminders, our confidential chats, escapism, your session inclusions, post treatment downtime and your departure. Ensuring your needs are met, never feeling rushed with your exclusive 121 bespoke service experiences.

Always at the forefront of the well-being services I deliver as your experienced therapist, is silently upskilling behind the scenes ensuring safely yours and my well-being needs are met. Not to mention the inclusive use of high quality, advanced skincare and electrical devices for face and body that give real results with new treatment experiences coming to Star Therapies throughout the year.

With all the above in mind and evolving with the current climate, our pricing structure from the 1st April 2026 will be adjusted. Experience and your trust in me really does go a long way. I do hope you continue your well-being journey with me going forward, and as always i look forward to welcoming current and new clients.

March 1st 2026 //

Evolving with the seasons is an absolute joy, especially the spring when were all so... ready for it. I always love delivering wellbeing experiences during the colder, dark winter days and evenings but with spring just around the corner... Its good for not only you but me too to embrace the lighter evenings going forward.

With effect from March 1st the last evening well-being sessions to book onto excluding Thursdays will be at 4pm.

As always Saturdays are available to book in for, these do go quick, booking in advance is essential.

Sunday sessions are every fourth Sunday, keep an eye on Star Therapies stories for these future dates. Sunday 12th April is the next available sessions.

Kind reminder to those who have been gifted vouchers, please reach out to book. March is limited on availability now.

After a lovely new year break, im all set, reset, refreshed, relaxed and ready to start delivering wellness for another year. I look forward to welcoming you, existing and new clients.

All your well-being experiences are different. No two treatments are the same. Bespoke and tailored to you! Whether you choose to join me for one, two or three hours. Its your time. Your treatment. Your pocket of peace experience.

2025 wrapped up //

A year full to the brim of well-being love. ♥︎

Thank you just doesn't come close to how grateful I am for you all again this year. The snoozes, the laughs, the tears, the hugs, the support, the loyalty, the openness, the trust, the confidential conversations, the showing up, the kindness, the love, the community, and the fact you choose me!

2026 enters me into my 24th year in the industry, and im here because of you! Delivering you a heartfelt therapy service that not only is just a treatment its your whole well-being experience. This has never been a job for me, its me sharing my passion and what i was born to do with you.

A New Year reset for me now, a time to plan the year ahead, address advanced further training, figure out my diary and get the Christmas decs down! I look forward to returning within the business on Tuesday 6th January.

A HUGE thank you again for being you and choosing me as your well-being and skin therapist.

I look forward to welcoming you in 2026 to do it all over again. ♥︎

Christmas week is here... //

Who's ready for the not knowing what day it is to commence, the in-between Christmas and New Year period.. ✨️ A time to breathe, pause, relax and switch off, to enjoy and cherish time with loved ones.

The final day for voucher collections, well-being gift purchases and e-vouchers is Tuesday 23rd December.

DM me at to book a time to drop in for any last minute gifts today or tomorrow. Star Therapies closes at 5pm 23rd December.
