9 days ago I took my very first foot soak. I was pretty tired and to be honest I didnโt even have the energy to do itโฆ.
But honestly after that foot soak my mood lifted and I started cleaning my house. ๐
So just over a week later & with amazing results for me and my children I just had to share our testimonies.
7 weeks ago I ended up in hospital severely poorly & after a lumbar puncture going wrong severely affecting my spine, causing inflammation and severe headache, then my white blood cells giving up on me I was in a bad way. For 5 days I was out of it! And when I finally came around my first question wasโฆ.
God what on earth is happening here!? I had taken and invested in expensive vitamins and supplements for the last 5 years, I shouldnโt be this poorly. My immune system should not be this weak and failing on me! So What was missing?!
I of course prayed! Asking God to guide me, and he sure did! My friend said about this dirt thing. I told her I wasnโt interested at first. But then she said youโve been so poorly, just look. I instantly ordered as I was intrigued but was also a big skepticโฆ
But after being in hospital so unwell and 7 weeks later still feeling exhausted and struggling to get back to normal life I was desperately needing something.
Since I religiously took other vitamins and have done so every day for almost 5 years, I was at a stage now where I was adding other things also, I was doing at least 7 different things to help boost me but it wasnโt working. I needed naps in the days, couldnโt even find the energy to walk my dog or play with my kids.
So day one I did a footsoak in the evening and was pleasantly surprised by my boost of energy! Day two, I added 1/16 to a vitamin shake, and didnโt take anything else of my other routine that second day. I wanted to see if this Boo stuff really worked.
That evening I did another footsoak.
The next day we did a footsoak for my daughter and her eczema was instantly healed over night. She began sleeping better doing soaks before bed. She seemed much calmer at night. Her eczema on her body is totally gone.
We then did masks on my son for his Acne, 4 masks later his Acne was healing like never before. But then we began to notice something else. He is a boxer and had suffered with severe nose bleeds almost every time he boxed. It was delaying his ability to be placed to fight. A waiting list for the hospital was around 8 months to have his nose cauterised! His dad was going to pay for him to go private. Since starting Boo 9 days ago heโs not had one nose bleed at all for every training session heโs done since then. We were concerned he may not have a successful fight due to the nose bleeds. But he was matched and Boo has worked a miracle in healing his nose bleeds. I couldnโt quite believe it. Iโm pretty certain his fight this weekend will be a success thanks to Boo!
My spine injury is slowly healing. Iโve been doing masks on my back. Itโs sure helping. I feel at a slower pace still, itโs not completely healed. But I feel confident enough this week to get back to my body pump classes to start strengthening it! ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คธโโ๏ธ Iโve been doing a lot more this last week too. Living life again and not feeling so wiped out.
Yes Iโve experienced a little detox. I did one bath soak and it was too much for me. But to say Iโve only been doing 1/16 teaspoons twice a day, Iโve reduced all my other vitamins other than taking my shakes and Iโve had incredible results just in 9 days is a miracle! So definitely start low and slow!
Iโm amazed at how I am getting through my days with such a small amount of dirt ๐ my body doesnโt ache and the inflammation gone, the headaches too and my mood is really lifted as Iโm not so tired.
Im due back to my theology studies next month. I was worried about how Iโd cope and get though it all. But Boo has changed all of that.
I love the simplicity of this, the fact I can relax with a face mask and a footsoak and take 20-30 mins out for me each day is just amazing. Something I genuinely need as a single Mumma.
No worms ๐ yet ๐ but life is getting back to normal for me and I am so thankful!
So in that hospital I definitely felt upset and angry at God! I wonโt lie, but Romans 8:28 tells us God works every thing out for the greater good for those who love him.
Everything in my life has changed since that hospital scare and finding this is one of the biggest blessings for me. Knowing I can give this to my children & protect their bodies and in the process protect mine too, I am eternally grateful for Boo. The kids definitely have me back. They witnessed terrifying things with me being rushed into hospital. So for them they are just so so happy now to have mum back! ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Definitely try this if your on the fence thinking about itโฆyouโve nothing to loose at all! And everything to gain in your life and more!
