COMING SOON 🙌🏼👀

Reformer classes will be coming to Genevieve Pilates in July. Through the use of my BASI Comprehensive Qualification, and desire to offer a variety of sessions to my clients, I have made the decision to offer small (groups of 4) Reformer classes at the beautiful HLC Studio.

My Private Tuition on the Cadalac Tower, Reformers, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel will of course continue at my Home Studio on a 1:1 or 2:1 setting.

These 4 to 6 week courses will offer clients a great way to explore another part of the Pilates method, paying homeage to the BASI reportoire and the 10 Pilates principles; awareness, balance, breath, precision, concentration, centre, control, flow, efficiency and harmony. Giving clients an opportunity to experience true Pilates in a Studio setting.
