The transition from school to day services can be quite daunting so Laura, one of our transition officers works closely with prospective service users, families, carers and schools to make moving into the day centre as smooth and stress free as possible. By taking the time to get to know individuals and through planning ahead she helps build confidence and ensures everyone feels supported every step of the way.

Sooo last year we danced, we dressed up, we ran, we played games and called Bingo! This year we're looking for new activities for the service users so if you have any suggestions please leave a comment below as we are always looking for new ways to enhance the lives of our service users.
