I was passed this message on a folded bit of paper during one of the most challenging times of my life. At the time I didn't believe it and disregarded it, it was a thought I couldn't even consider. 💔

Though over a year later and this could not be more true... I have since experienced some of the happiest times of my life. 🙏🏼

How nice it is to get positive feedback being able to change people's lives for the better! 🙏🏻 I really enjoyed working with this client who had a goal of wanting to eat a wider range of healthy foods having been a picky eater since childhood 🥕🥦🫛🍐🍎 🥑

Losing weight just happened to be a side effect of achieving their goal! 🙌🏻

I often work with people were the root cause of their difficulties turns out to be an issue with boundaries... ⛔🙅🏻‍♀️

• Remember it's okay to say no when you need to.

• Its okay to ask for help.

• You don't have to reply to people right away.

• It's not possible to keep everyone happy all of
the time.

• Speaking directly to the person you need to
communicate your needs/concerns with rather
than a third party.

• It's okay to put yourself first before helping
everyone else.

• You don't have to over explain yourself.

• Not everyone has to agree with you.

• You have the right to your own feelings.
