How nice it is to get positive feedback being able to change people's lives for the better! πŸ™πŸ» I really enjoyed working with this client who had a goal of wanting to eat a wider range of healthy foods having been a picky eater since childhood πŸ₯•πŸ₯¦πŸ«›πŸπŸŽ πŸ₯‘

Losing weight just happened to be a side effect of achieving their goal! πŸ™ŒπŸ»

β€’ Remember it's okay to say no when you need to.

β€’ Its okay to ask for help.

β€’ You don't have to reply to people right away.

β€’ It's not possible to keep everyone happy all of
the time.

β€’ Speaking directly to the person you need to
communicate your needs/concerns with rather
than a third party.

β€’ It's okay to put yourself first before helping
everyone else.

β€’ You don't have to over explain yourself.

β€’ Not everyone has to agree with you.

β€’ You have the right to your own feelings.
