Let's talk new mummy/post pregnancy massage. Did you know I'm also pre and post natal personal trainer? So, I do know a thing or two about how your body works. We all know carrying and then birthing a baby takes a huge toll on our bodies. It messes with our weight, shape, hormones, sleep, skin, mental health, you name it. Some people just love being pregnant, some not so much (I was the latter - wished I'd had triplets so I only had to do it the once 🙈..I tried it twice, I just couldn't cope with the sickness three times). Your little bundle of joy finally appears and you have so much to learn. You're suddenly fully responsible for another little life, however much help you may have to hand. You totally forget about you for a while.

It is important to look after yourself too. Your body and mind take time to recover. Here are just a few reasons a post pregnancy massage can help you moving forward into this new chapter...

Milk Production - If you're breast feeding a massage can help increase circulation and help the body produce more of the necessary hormones to increase milk production.
