Trauma/PTSD with IEMT.
You know those memories that you remember like yesterday, that are not always pleasant, when you think of it, or it uninvitedly pops up, and you can feel it, just the same as when it happened. IEMT is just incredible for making those memories and feelings sink to the back of your mind, making them really hard to recall.

IEMT for Depression
Is it time to do something about it? I totally understand that when individuals experience a depressive episode, it feels like the motivation to do anything feels impossible! You can book appointments from being sat on the sofa and I can even come to you, you don't even have to leave the house! I understand and I want to help! 🥰

IEMT for Anxiety.
At some point throughout life something triggered you to experience anxiety, IEMT wants to know what that was! By doing the eye movement with that initial experience, it results in you no longer continuously experiencing that feeling!
Could you imagine a life pretty much anxiety free? I couldn't! Until I met IEMT 😊
