Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to help flush out waste products, improving circulation. This modality is super relaxing as it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (think post Xmas dinner nap 😆).
Myofascial release, lengthening and relaxing the connective tissue that we have in abundance and restricts, also relaxes, releases waste products and improves circulation.
Dry needling to finish. Very effective in breaking down trigger points (knots) without pummelling away and cause stress to tissue that is trying to recover.
