Treatment that really made laugh today,
Client: My shoulder felt better after you started waving my arm around ...doing your war dance 😆

Peripheral Joint Mobilisation: one of my favourite sport therapy techniques, heres why:

General feeling of relaxation and chill
Destresses and relaxes tight/shortend/taught muscles
Increases circulation

Client has been using steroid cream at home for 9 months trying to get this stubborn wound to heal.

Last week we decided to swap the cream for a trial of K-tape.

“Excellent stuff, I have noticed an improvement already and it stuck for 6 days” was the feed back today 💪🏻

Tape re-applied at the end of treatment and I remembered to take photos 😜. Also did 10 minutes lymphatic drainage to boost injury healing 🥰.
