One thing that’s seriously leveled up my runs lately? Massage 🙌
Pre-run, it’s all about:
⭐Waking up the muscles
⭐Boosting circulation
⭐Loosening tight spots
⭐Getting my body ready to move
Less stiffness = smoother miles 💪
Post-run is where the magic really happens 💆♀️
⭐Helps reduce soreness
⭐Speed up recovery
⭐Keep those niggles from turning into injuries
Plus… it just feels incredible after a long run 😅
