This first session is kind of like an anatomy session

*Session Options:

-1:1 or 2:1: You can choose a private session or bring a friend.
-Location Flexibility: I can come to you, or you can come to me.

I've been having a think...

I'm excited to announce that, I'll be offering my course online! You can now work through the course at your own pace with the help of videos and information that I provide. All you need to do is schedule a one-on-one meeting with me before you begin. (Included in the price)

(Full face to face course coming August time for those that prefer regular meet up until the course is complete)

Price the same for both options. £80. The equipment needed is included 👍
If choosing the online option I'll encourage you to check in with me with how you're doing. You can message me at any time for extra guidance.

This online format is perfect for those who can't commit to specific dates or find the subject too personal for a group setting. After starting, you'll quickly realize that this is a topic we should all be talking about more openly. Many women face challenges in this area, even those who haven't had children.

It shouldn't be a secret or something you have to just live with. With the right knowledge and a bit of time dedicated to yourself, you can make a real difference. You deserve that, right

"I have always been really active, even throughout my pregnancy I trained most days. It keeps me sane. After the birth of my beautiful baby girl, I knew I would have to take it steady and work hard on my recovery to be able to feel any kind of confidence with jumping, weight lifting or skipping and I didn’t really know where to start other than the obvious things you get told when you’re leaving hospital and at your 6 week check up.

As I was breastfeeding, it was hard for me to go to classes etc so Charlotte saved the day and offered me a 1:1 for her course at home. I am beyond grateful! She was so kind and knowledgeable. She explained the breathing, the exercises, how it would help me to progress back into exercise. She reassured me that I was not in a race to be ‘back to my old self’. She just made me feel a whole lot better about life really! She made sure that I had everything I would need to do the course at home.

The videos on Facebook along with the explanations of the exercises made it really easy for me to do the exercises myself. Charlotte checked in with me to see how I was progressing and if I had any questions she answered them quickly. She really is superwoman! How she does all of this with two kids is beyond me 🤍!

This is a corrective core and pelvic floor course.
It's for anyone at any age having pelvic floor problems. Also for helping with deep core engagement, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), hip pain and back pain.
It runs over a 12 week period, meeting 6 times every other a week. Various start dates throughout the year.
Next courses are due to begin at the end of April.

As I was unable to find much local support for women experiencing core and pelvic floor issues, I have designed a comprehensive 6-level course to address this gap in care. Through my interactions with women in my other classes, I have discovered that many feel lost, uninformed, and uncertain about how to tackle these issues.

Also upon completing the course, you will possess the knowledge and tools required for maintaining a healthy and functioning body. Additionally, you are also invited to join a members only facebook group, where you can access all exercise routines based on what you have learned.

During the course, we will focus heavily on breathing techniques and their importance in resolving core and pelvic floor problems. We will work through exercises together, which I would like you to repeat across the weeks until our next session with guidance on frequency. The intensity of the routines will gradually increase over the course of the program.

Limited spaces on each course. Once a course is full, there will be opportunity to join another at a later date.

I received a message that I'm absolutely delighted with from a lady that has taken part in my course.
This is what it said
"Hey lovely! Just did a WOD with 10 rounds of 30 double unders and no 💦💦💦 yay!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!"

For those that don't do CrossFit you'll perhaps not understand this completely. A WOD is the 'workout of the day'. And double unders are skipping, but the rope has to pass under your feet twice!!! So it takes more effort, skill and impact on the pelvic floor.

This course ISN'T just for those that need help because exercise causes leaking though. It's also for anyone having pelvic floor issues with day to day demands. Many many women struggle with their pelvic floor for several different reasons. One example is the menopause can bring with it pelvic floor issues too.
It also tackles core weaknesses, incorrect breathing, hip and back pain, lower belly pooch and diastasis recti.
