11 day old Dotty in for her post caesarean section delivery check up.

🎄 Smurf was totally unfazed by meeting the big man in clinic. Had to help Santa out after a busy year prepping the presents and checking the naughty list.
🎄I’ll be back in clinic on 30th Dec so if you need a bit of TLC after all the Xmas festivities then get booked in.
🎄 You never know you might bump into Santa when he comes back in for his post chimney check up.
