What a lovely and busy week we are having here at Waltham House!

We’ve been enjoying a great mix of activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained. So far this week, we’ve had a chair-based exercise session with Chris, helping everyone stay active in a fun and supportive way.

We’ve also spent time together playing bingo (a firm favourite!), working on puzzles, enjoying Jenga, and getting creative with plenty of arts and crafts. It’s been wonderful to see everyone getting involved, sharing laughs, and expressing their creativity.

Some of the activities we have enjoyed this week at Waltham House included a little pampering with freshly painted nails for our ladies, armchair games, and dominoes. Residents also loved spending time with Holly, the resident cat, and Delilah, the very energetic cocker spaniel puppy, during our pet therapy sessions.

Some more furry visitors at Waltham House today🦜🐶

A lovely trip out to Holton le Clay Cricket Club yesterday for the weekly bingo. Our group enjoyed a couple of wins, bringing home a free hot drink at the next bingo session and some crackers. Residents and staff also enjoyed the daily soup and roll with a drink. Thank you once again for having us — we’re already looking forward to coming back next month 🔢☕

When residents arrived back at Waltham House, we were treated to a visit from Mary and her friends, who entertained everyone with a wonderful array of songs 🎶
