The Unit One Team is taking on an incredible 24-hour training challenge, all to support WISHH Charity (you can read the story and reason why on the Just Giving Page)

Yep, we’re doing a Team Training Session, on the hour every hour for 24 hours. The coaches and members will working together to train, have fun, and raise awareness for an amazing cause.

We don’t care about age, experience, injuries, or limitations.

All we need to know is where you want to get to.

If we’re confident we can help you achieve it… we will do everything we can to do that.

If we don’t think we can… we will help find you someone who can.

Honestly, if any PTs are reading this and have fell into the trap of believing you just have to serve one clientele or ‘niche’.

F* that.

The only people we don’t accept are nob heads.

So if you’re not a nob head, and want help getting fitter and stronger in some way.

Warm ups and mobility can so often be overlooked

You might even find the odd bit of paper work that says they’re not effective.

My argument is always;

If you think they’re pointless or a waste of valuable time. You’re probably doing it wrong…
