Rule #1 Don’t be a hero

If you’re starting training it wants to be a long term commitment. Talking the next 10 years not 10 days

Once you see it like that, you won’t feel the need to go all in on day 1.

You’ll ease in. Do things right. And over time gradually start to feel better with each session.

Well that’s how we coach anyway

Most will just try do what they did 10 years ago. Hurt for days. Hate the gym. Sack it off after a few weeks and end 2026 in the same place or worse than 2025
