✨ What a year we’ve had! ✨

I am so incredibly proud of my Humberston & New Waltham Slimming World groups. Together in 2025, you’ve achieved amazing weight losses, but even more than that, you’ve shown kindness, encouragement, honesty, and unwavering support for one another 💕

Week in, week out you’ve celebrated highs, carried each other through the tougher moments, shared laughs, tears, recipes, wins and determination - and that support is what truly makes our groups so special.

If you’re reading this and thinking “I’d love to feel that kind of support”, then you’d be more than welcome to join us in 2026. Whether you’re starting fresh, returning, or just need a friendly place to focus on you, our doors (and kettles!) are always open ☕✨

Twas the week after Christmas, all round the town,
Ex-Slimming World members were starting to frown.
“Oh why did I do it? Oh why did I lapse?
I’ll give Susan a call… well maybe, perhaps?”

“She’ll welcome me back with arms open wide,
Then I’ll lose a few lbs and won’t have to hide.”
Then from the rooftops there came a big shout,
“Of course you can come back — of that there’s no doubt!”

Shouting “I can help, I can help!” — just come back to group,
Back to Free Foods like stews, curries and soup.
With the new Essentially Slimming World book, you can’t fail,
It really doesn’t matter if you’ve slipped off the rail.

So I’ll see you next week, let’s get back in the groove,
And start the New Year with a HAPPY NEW YOU!
