Join us for “Women’s Health Matters” — a guest talk by Dr Sreekala Seepana, women’s health advocate (on 5th June 2026, Friday at Grimsby Town Hall)

An engaging session on the menstrual cycle and changes across life stages, and their impact on physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships, and careers.
