Hi Guys, I touched on MLD Massage years ago when I first qualified in Swedish Massge 18 plus years ago, I've always had a personal keen interest in this subject so I've finally re-educated myself by completing another MLD course in September.... Yeah !!!

What is it?
Careful hand movements that stretch and twist the skin to move the Lymph.
Lymph Drainage Massage is designed to improve the function of the lymphatic system which is achieved by gentle, rhythmical movements of the skin (1mm skin depth) which in turn stimulates the contraction of the lymphatic vessels.
Removal of metabolic waste products and excess fluid from the bodies tissues into the lymphatic system, then passed through a series of lymph nodes where it is cleansed of bacteria, dead cells and other waste products, the clean Lymph is returned to the blood stream, what a fantastic waste disposal system!
