We are open over Christmas and New Year - maybe see some of you in the gym Xmas Day for a session ❤️ please note purchasing day passes and week passes are not available over the festive period from today.

Please be advised we have new equipment arriving at the gym tomorrow and the install team will be busy from 8am - we anticipate this should take a few hours at least - please be aware some areas of the gym will close while equipment is being moved. Can we stop doing this on my walls please. - this has suddenly becoming an issue - we had the walls painted only a few months ago - they are not for stretching or wall squats - it’s gross and unhygienic 🤢
