What is Reiki ?

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine involving energy healing, where a practitioner uses their hands to transfer a "universal energy" to a recipient to promote healing. It is a complementary therapy that aims to relax, ease stress and tension, and promote overall well-being. Reiki is not a religion and can be used alongside conventional medical treatments.

So today I had advanced supervision and the speaker and discussion was on Past Life Regression

What a great refresher of a fascinating subject

Past life regression (PLR) is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals access and re-experience past lives, based on the belief that current life experiences and reactions are influenced by past lives. It's often used to explore the roots of unresolved issues, such as fears, phobias, or relationship problems.

I offer PLR as part of bespoke therapy or as a stand alone session.
