Life pulls us in a thousand directions, mind racing, body aching, energy scattered.
This class brings you back.

We begin with Pilates to build strength, stability, and reconnect you to your body’s power. Then we shift into the Yin Yang method grounding breath, balance, and stillness, helping you reset your nervous system and return to your natural centre.

💫 It’s not about pushing harder. It’s about coming home to yourself.
💫 It’s where strength meets surrender, fire meets flow.

Good morning.

This is a great time to get back into training.

The summer is almost over. I am in two fabulous halls. Very spacious.

Both classes are mixed abilities.

You don't have to be long and lean to do pilates.

I am short and curvy. All body shapes and sizes can do pilates.

I adapt the classes for your natural body shape.

I also got told on Tuesday oh you look like you have lost weight. I said I have no idea. I never weigh myself.

I go on how I feel. Pilates always makes me feel amazing.

I am strong, flexible and very fit. Body work is what I love.

I have never been into machines at the gym.
