Heartfelt leadership

Health truly is wealth.

Keeping yourself well, even in these challenging times, is so important.

My family and I have resilience and survival skills. If the worst was going to happen tomorrow, I know we would survive it.

Some people coast along, never having to face many of the things a lot of us deal with for decades.

I cope very well in a crisis. I can make healthy food on the tiniest budget. I walk most places and fit exercise into my daily routine.

Nobody is coming to rescue you. There is no magic money pot if you get sick.

For $10 a month, I am slowly building a pension fund. I am not spending £3 a day on a coffee.

These tiny actions over time make a massive difference. I started planning my time now in my twenties.

My little business now is my plan for my 70s. I had an ex think I was bonkers for planning my retirement.

There is no way I am working until I am 67. Unless it is by choice. I met a lovely lady at the gym who is still teaching exercise classes at 78.

I plan to be travelling the world and be in fantastic health. In control of my own destiny and helping Benjamin to create his own path.

I want others to join me on this journey as well. I am meeting my amazing team at the weekend 😊

Life has thrown some high-level challenges recently, and I have taken them in my stride.

Happy Wellbeing Wednesday 😁

Easter 🐣 is early this year. Lots of beautiful events and classes coming up.

I also have my free health questionnaire for you to fill in if you are feeling stuck, sluggish want to try some excellent products. I will put it in the comments section.

People are noticing my menopause Inflammation is finally going. I notice alot of women get fatter during peri and post menopause.

I gained two and a half stone without changing my diet or exercise routines almost overnight.

What gave me hope was I see alot of women a few years older than me get slimmer again once all the hormones settled again.

I have never done diets and knew my body would sort things out again eventually.

Lots of great supplements that will help you get rid of Inflammation with the company I am with.
Factor 4, vitamin D, magnesium and probiotics, plus super greens is what has worked for me.

Until you sort the inflammation out. No amount of dieting or exercise will work. The amount of doctors and nurses telling me I need to exercise more and eat less.

I needed to eliminate the nose, negativity, release trauma and soothe the mind first.

I am off to yoga and the spa this morning to fill my cup up first 😊

Recently I posted about being in wait mode. This was alot to deal with. What I offer is totally what I know myself.

I know what you’re thinking.
“I can’t justify it.”

Good morning Everyone 🙏
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend.

My life has been stressful recently to say the least.

What I have been doing to keep up with my own self care is adult colouring. Plus lots of swimming.

Chatgpt has also been my lifesaver as I have not had admin time for my business. So I have been posting my business posts from the bus 🚌 plus my quick videos.

I have been setting up all my offers and getting very creative. Next one the list is to finish my book. I certainly have lots of new content to fill two more books 😆

My ADHD brain 🧠 is in action 🎬 😳

I am hoping things settle soon.

This is my last week at work until Friday. I have only been doing the skeleton 💀 bare bones of my business.

So two weeks off for Easter 🐣 then its full speed ahead.

My new year starts in April.
My 20 year anniversary ❤️ 💕 💖 as a business owner.

My tenacity is what keeps me going. The never quitting when the going. gets tough. I still have a good winge and a good swear 🤬 but then I go what next.

About my business and how I need to keep reinventing myself but still keeping in line with my true values, passion and purpose.

So many businesses are sinking fast. This is my 20 year anniversary on the 6th of April when I opened my business. All I had was a reiki table and a big desire to make a difference.

Has it been easy. No it certainly hasn't but everytime I think about quitting, the alternative is much worse than the sacrifice.

I have that fight, drive tenacity that burns through every molecule in my body. The differences I make in people's lives keep me going.

I have seen first hand what hospital is like and its not a healthy place. The staff work incredibly hard but the environment is harsh.

What we need are very simple. As a care assistant we was seen as the lowest of the low by most of the team. What we did was the little things that make people feel human.

A conversation. Extra care when someone is feeling scared. Something as simple as elevating someone's legs. Or bringing a extra biscuit.

This is why I created my business. The care packages I provide are the perfect care that people need to make a full recovery.

I have helped thousands learn to walk again. Get out of pain. Sleep extremely well. Release emotional blocks.

The friendships I have made along the way are still going strong. I have my reiki team who was with me right at the start and they are still with me today.

I may no longer be a care assistant but the foundation it set for me stays with me for ever.

This is why I created The Magic in the Mundane. A deep gratitude practice that celebrates the small things.

The Stretch Zone Mind Gym online was created for those who are not local to me but want to utilise my services.

Pilates and Yin-yang is what has kept me strong so I can keep going.

The next book will be all about how I have brought all of this together so I can get my services out to more people.

One million people around the globe. That is my mission.

Simple strategies that really do work.

We overcomplicate life.

I had to become very hard at times over the last twenty years to keep afloat and now there is a real softness.

As a neurodivergent woman it has been much harder.

Don't wish it was easy. Wish for having the tools to deal with everything.
