•DEPOSITS•

Polite reminder, deposits are due 1 week prior to your appointment.

£50 deposit is required for Anti Wrinkle treatments and dermal filler appointments.

I will message for the deposit with the bank details 1 week before the appointment. If this is not paid within 24 hours of the deposit request, prescriptions will not be ordered and appointments will automatically cancelled. If you wish to send sooner than 7 days, this is fine!

Unfortunately, I do not have the time to message multiple times for a deposit.

Given that most appointments require me to write a prescription and order the relevant items (which can’t be used for anyone else other than the person it is prescribed for), if deposits are not received in a timely manner, the items may not arrive on time.

1️⃣ sign up to a monthly payment plan over a 12 month period. This is mainly for Seventy Hyal package or Anti Wrinkle treatment for 1,2,3 or 4 areas 2,3 or 4 times a year. Appointments booked online/ DM like usual. Sign up for the payment plan on www.vljaesthetics.myshopify.com

2️⃣ book in for a one off treatment as normal, sign up to to payment plan on www. vljaesthetics.myshopify.com and select KLARNA option. This can be used for dermal filler and anti wrinkle appointments (other treatments can be used for Klarna at request).
