✨Cancellation & Reminders✨
Not something I wanted to be doing and it’s taken a year to come to this point, but unfortunately, since beginning the group sessions several people have booked on and either not turned up or cancelled at the last minute.
Not only is this frustrating as it takes up places for others, it also ends up costing me money when I’m hiring spaces for these sessions.
Going forward all appointments, whether it’s a private treatment appointment, a session for two, or a group session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
Any cancellations later than this will incur 100% charges.
For cancellations on donation based events, the maximum donation amount will apply for the cancellation charge.
This policy applies to all current and future bookings with Svastha Flow Healing, at all venues as of 8th December 2025.
