Hello everyone 🤍

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet recently — it’s been a busy time of change. I’ve now relocated to York and am currently working part-time, offering virtual appointments while I begin sharing my services with clients locally.

At the moment, I’m offering online consultations for integrative health support, including health testing and homeopathy. If you’d like me to contact you, you’re very welcome to complete the expression of interest form https://l.bttr.to/n9ZTT or feel free to send me a DM instead.

My current availability is Monday to Wednesday, 10am–2pm, with some evening appointments available by arrangement. All online appointments are held via a secure platform.

I’ll also continue travelling between York and Lincolnshire to see clients face to face where there is interest, including appointments at my clinic in North Thoresby. In-person services include vitamin injections, cryo-freeze lesion removal, and other treatments.

Post-Christmas walk.

The winter sun streaming through the trees felt like a pause — gentle, steady, and grounding.

It brought a deep sense of gratitude: for my health slowly returning, for a new direction in my work, for my little family, and for the quiet beauty that exists even after difficult seasons.

That walk became a moment of reflection on the people who stood by me when days were heavy and painful — those who physically cared for me, washed me, sat with me, and fought for my care when I was dismissed, avoided, and gaslit within the medical system.

Those experiences reshaped me. They led me to where I am now — walking alongside others with similar stories, offering support with a deep, cellular-level empathy that can only come from having lived it.

My son woke with a sudden high temperature and was very upset.

A remedy was chosen for the sudden onset and fever and given straight away, with plenty of rest and fluids.

His temperature eased steadily to around 38°C, and his digestive system cleared (a few 💩 episodes).

Hello everyone 🤍

I’ll be reducing my in-clinic hours with Renew over the Christmas period and moving to remote/video appointments as I prepare to relocate to York in the New Year.

If anyone would like to book Cryofreeze lesion treatments or vitamin injections, please do DM me before I pack up the clinic. I’ll still be back and forth to the area and may offer home visits or rent a space at Louth Hospital for pre-booked days.

In the meantime, I’m offering acute online clinics for things like coughs, runny noses, sinus issues, aches and pains, and acute emotional support (sudden grief, anxiety, etc). These are £15 per session, with remedies posted directly to you for £8.

For anyone wishing to book a Vitamin D injection:

I will first send you a medical form to complete. I’ll review this with the prescriber to ensure the treatment is suitable (it is for the vast majority of people). Once approved, I will send an invoice for payment. When payment has been received, I will place the order and contact you to arrange a convenient appointment time.

This whole process usually takes no longer than a week.

I appreciate it may seem a little lengthy, however I don’t book clients in until the order has arrived, just in case there are any delays.
