Post From Jasmine (Manager):

It is with sad news that I will be resigning as Manager at Temple Croft Care home.

I have been at Temple Croft for a little over 5 years now, and I have treasured every moment there. I have worked alongside some amazing people who I also class as very close friends.

I am so appreciative of the opportunity to manage such a beautiful home, and I thank my very dedicated staff to all the care, love, kindness and support that each and every one of you brought to the home, to it's residents and their families, and to me. You made me feel part of the Team, and I thank you!

I will very much miss working at Temple Croft- and of course, to all the lovely residents I have cared for over the years.

Wanted Activities Coordinator - 25 Hours Per Week

Must be outgoing and a happy personality, enjoy being with people, arranging entertainers to come in and inportantly actually take part with our residents in lots of activities, whether its playing games, group and one to one activity, flower arranging, gardening, singing etc document and record keeping, having a good relationship with familys and friends of our home. ❤️ Wow what a can I say .. for once I’m lost for words . Thankyou so much to all the staff and the family members who took the time to wish me well and got me some lovley leaving gifts , I absolutely love everything and I am very overwhelmed 💜 I am going to miss everyone and will definitely be popping in from time to time to see everyone . Shout out to Jackie for my amazing cake it’s absolutely amazing!!! 🤩
