Reiki 1

We spent a lovely day attuning energies and had Grannies, loved ones, passed patients and friends popping in to say hello, watch and support. Very much a day of self healing, sisterhood and the power of women supporting one another for the beautiful ladies who attended

We reconvene in a few weeks and move into the next part of the learning and embrace the change in the course delivery as it emerges

So its a huge thank you to the beautiful ladies who attended, faced themselves with such grace, elegance, snotty tears and loving embraces

Healing is just a journey, Reiki 1 is just a step up

Our Story

Founded in 2014 Anaya offer you the the warmest of welcomes and a chance to browse a range of chakra products, crystals, healing jewellery and Caudalie skin and bodycare, indulge in beauty treatments and unwind with a range of well being therapies to help calm and feed your soul

We have meditation events to help you find peace, inner calm and sleep better along with the chance to explore spirituality, psychic abilities, angel cards and readings

In choosing our name we took inspiration from the brow chakra (third eye, AJNA) and played around with letters and vowels until settling on the beautifully feminine ANAYA (an-eh-ah). Healing underpins the ethos of our business, it seemed quite fitting to discover Anaya means ‘God’s Gift’ in Hebrew

We are situated over two floors, the ground floor offers our giftware area and reception along with two private treatment rooms, upstairs our healing & meditation rooms offer a calm and quiet setting allowing you to de-stress in peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Anaya has always been about a small select team offering high quality treatments and therapies
