🤸♀️ 45 mins of postnatal Pilates with  – focusing on core connection, realignment & strength
🧠 A soul-soothing session with  – exploring strategies for overwhelm, ways to rediscover your sense of self and reflect on the physical, emotional and spiritual changes that come as being part of a mother.

This might be a Friday night – but let’s be honest, they all blur together at the moment. Might as well make this Friday one for you 💫
Come alone or grab your mama bestie- you’ll be in a room full of like-minded women so chances are you’ll leave with some new friends to continue this rollercoaster that is motherhood with! 👯♀️
Remember, the postnatal period is totally subjective, whether it’s been 6 years or 6 weeks (minimum), it’s never too late to regain your sense of self both physically and mentally.
This isn’t just self-care… it’s a reset. Come as you are, and leave feeling more like you again.
