Quick core + arm series with the band 🌶️
Not naming names… but some of you will recognise this one instantly 😂
We did this in class this week and we were all laughing by the end…turns out it’s harder than it looks (but it’s so good!!) 😅😂 💪
1. Legs in tabletop, press the band away (arms stay still)
2. Legs hold, arms move away
3. Arms + legs extend away from each other
4. Add a chest lift if you’re feeling brave 🔥
If it feels too much and you aren’t able to keep your lower back on the mat and ribs down, take it one leg at a time ❤️
