The Pilates collaboration you’ve ALLLLL been waiting for ❤️

Join Gen and Gin for the ultimate Pilates session 🧘‍♀️
No piece of equipment left unused, no spines left unarticulated and no muscle left unstretched and strengthened. Think bands, rings, balls and bodyweight, this session will have it all!

Whilst one instructor demonstrates, the other will correct and motivate.

This class will be suitable for all abilities with progressions throughout with a LOT of fun thrown in.

After our hard work, will be providing some delicious granola pots and juices for us to refuel... menu to follow!

🚨 NEW SERIES ALERT 🚨

It’s that time again….!! My next Mamalates course is now live to book!

A six week course for post natal recovery. Whether it’s ab separation, pelvic floor, back pain or specific area weakness, we will cover it all. The classes progress throughout the series, building confidence and strength back. We work on realigning the body, restoring core connection and inevitable easing aches and pains from motherhood.

The definition of post natal is totally subjective, it’s how you feel, whether is three months or three years. As long as you’ve had your six week check ✅

This class is purposely small so I can make sure each person gets the attention their supermama body needs and deserves ♥️

My post natal qualification has been without doubt the best extra Pilates qualification I’ve done so far . The knowledge I got from this on how best to move the body to recover makes me so proud and I absolutely love helping people at this time…. WE MAMAS ARE AMAZING!

Because it’s a series means we are all in it together, no starting from the beginning each session, no jumping ahead to quick, it’s all part your village!! Plus we have fun too ❤️

Babies are welcome ❤️

Quick core + arm series with the band 🌶️

Not naming names… but some of you will recognise this one instantly 😂

We did this in class this week and we were all laughing by the end…turns out it’s harder than it looks (but it’s so good!!) 😅😂 💪

1. Legs in tabletop, press the band away (arms stay still)
2. Legs hold, arms move away
3. Arms + legs extend away from each other
4. Add a chest lift if you’re feeling brave 🔥

If it feels too much and you aren’t able to keep your lower back on the mat and ribs down, take it one leg at a time ❤️

Pilates + Sound Bath 🧘‍♀️🎶
May 8 | 6–8pm 📅⏰

We’ll start with Pilates to gently stretch, strengthen, and wake up the body. Expect mindful, strengthening movement, improved mobility, and a chance to undo some of that desk posture we all fall into 💻➡️🧍‍♀️

Then we completely switch pace…

Lights down ✨
Cosy blankets 🛌
You lying down, doing absolutely nothing.
While you’re immersed in the calming sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and soft percussion 🎵🔔

The perfect combination:
move a little 🧘‍♀️
relax a lot 🌙💆‍♀️

You’ll leave feeling calmer, looser, and genuinely reset ❤️✨

You might think you’ve reached your highest chest lift… but there’s often a more space to explore to get those abdominals working to their full potential and really strengthen that core ✨

In this variation:
1. Lift to where you believe your maximum is.
2. Gently use your hands to draw yourself slightly higher — not by pulling on the neck, but by deepening the curl through the upper spine 🤍
3. Keep the trunk exactly where it is as the hands return behind the head.
4. Lower with slow, controlled resistance.

It’s subtle 🌿
But that subtle shift can completely change how your deep abdominals respond 🔥

On the final slide, I’ve added a sneaky spicy bonus 🌶️

Take your time with this one and do a couple of rounds of these three moves. Quality over height.
