It’s that time again….!! My next Mamalates course is now live to book! Be quick… these places don’t hang around! 👶🏼

A six week course for post natal recovery. Whether it’s ab separation, pelvic floor, back pain or specific area weakness, we will cover it all. The classes progress throughout the series, building confidence and strength back. We work on realigning the body, restoring core connection and inevitable easing aches and pains from motherhood.

The definition of post natal is totally subjective, it’s how you feel, whether is three months or three years. As long as you’ve had your six week check ✅

This class is purposely small so I can make sure each person gets the attention their supermama body needs and deserves ♥️

My post natal qualification has been without doubt the best extra Pilates qualification I’ve done so far . The knowledge I got from this on how best to move the body to recover makes me so proud and I absolutely love helping people at this time…. WE MAMAS ARE AMAZING!

Because it’s a series means we are all in it together, no starting from the beginning each session, no jumping ahead to quick, it’s all part your village!! Plus we have fun too ❤️

Babies are welcome ❤️

🧘‍♀️ 45 minutes of Postnatal Pilates
Gentle yet empowering movement focusing on core connection, realignment, strength, and pelvic floor support.
💬 A soul-soothing session with Lucy Nunn Counselling, exploring how to find time for you and ways to reconnect with your sense of self beyond motherhood.
🍪 Delicious treats by The Choowee Cookie Company

Important:
The postnatal period isn’t defined by weeks or years. It might be 10 weeks, 10 months, or 10 years after having your baby — if this feels right for you, then you belong here.

Pelvic curl x 5
Heel lifts x 8 (each leg)
Shoulder Bridge Prep x 5 (each leg)
Chest lift x 8
Chest lift tabletop x 8 (make sure lower back glued to floor)
Single Leg Stretch x 8
Rest position

Repeat as many times as feels good for you ❤️

Pain and tightness in your shoulders and back as a new mama? You are not alone!
It makes sense when you think about all the hours you spend….

Feeding: Holding baby for long periods rounds your shoulders.
Leaning over the cot: Reaches and bends strain your lower and mid-back.
Carrying a car seat or baby: One-sided weight tires shoulders and spine.

But the list is endless…!

It’s like a workout you didn’t ask for!

These four gentle moves/stretches help relieve tension in these problem postpartum areas, improve comfort and support a healthier posture. Try them a couple of times a week during nap time and notice the difference ❤️

As always, listen to your body, this is not a time to push yourself 🫶🏻
