Our location was chosen due to it having undergone a full refurbishment, with outstanding cleanliness and professionalism at the heart. It provides our clients with the ultimate discretion due to its own secure gated carpark, CCTV and a private waiting area; wit
h access to a superior coffee whilst you wait. Moreover, we fully understand the importance of being able to have your treatment and leave the premises encountering the fewest number of people as possible. Therefore, we avoided the town centre or a busy high-street and chose a location that had a very small number of visitors. We know waiting areas in aesthetics or salons can become a crowded place, which can be awkward, but this doesn’t happen at Elm. You may, if you arrive early to your appointment, be given your paperwork to complete in our own waiting area; if you are happy to do so. We try to avoid having clients sat outside with numbing cream on as we find this practice unprofessional. We can also guarantee if you ever see this at Elm, it's down to that client either being a model or one who has requested an express appointment beforehand. Additionally, payment and aftercare instructions are always delivered in our private clinic room, which ensures the ultimate privacy for our clients. Elm and its medical practitioners have a duty to strictly protect and maintain client confidentiality in all medical records, including photographs. Photographs are mandatory before and after treatment for insurance purposes. We would like to assure all our clients that the use of any images, on our social media sites or our Google page, has been authorised for use beforehand with written consent. Our clients' images are never inadvertently shared whether in clinic or online as we take your privacy and emotional and mental wellbeing seriously. If at any time you would like to withdraw your image, you can do so through sending us a message and the images will be removed immediately with no questions asked.
