Elm Tree Aesthetics Limited is based within WE1 Studios, a historic building in Grimsby, close to the town centre with links to the A180. Our location was chosen due to it having undergone a full refurbishment, with outstanding cleanliness and professionalism at the heart. It provides our clients with the ultimate discretion due to its own secure gated carpark, CCTV and a private waiting area; with access to a superior coffee whilst you wait. Moreover, we fully understand the importance of being able to have your treatment and leave the premises encountering the fewest number of people as possible. Therefore, we avoided the town centre or a busy high-street and chose a location that had a very small number of visitors. We know waiting areas in aesthetics or salons can become a crowded place, which can be awkward, but this doesn’t happen at Elm. You may, if you arrive early to your appointment, be given your paperwork to complete in our own waiting area; if you are happy to do so. We try to avoid having clients sat outside with numbing cream on as we find this practice unprofessional. We can also guarantee if you ever see this at Elm, it's down to that client either being a model or one who has requested an express appointment beforehand. Additionally, payment and aftercare instructions are always delivered in our private clinic room, which ensures the ultimate privacy for our clients. Elm and its medical practitioners have a duty to strictly protect and maintain client confidentiality in all medical records, including photographs. Photographs are mandatory before and after treatment for insurance purposes. We would like to assure all our clients that the use of any images, on our social media sites or our Google page, has been authorised for use beforehand with written consent. Our clients' images are never inadvertently shared whether in clinic or online as we take your privacy and emotional and mental wellbeing seriously. If at any time you would like to withdraw your image, you can do so through sending us a message and the images will be removed immediately with no questions asked. Be assured that Elm is a professional clinic, that follows GDPR rules seriously, and looks after you from the moment you enquire to well beyond your treatment with us.

Ageing is inevitable, and how we approach aesthetics has to be handled with a realistic and subtle approach as the skin is losing elasticity and fat pads are diminishing.

Our client, Linda understands this, so she only wanted to "improve" the lines below the lower eyelid and look less flat on the cheekbone.

To achieve this, Sarda added gentle volume to the cheek area which gave the under-eye area a subtle lift. It also created a more rounded cheekbone. This meant Linda's facial structure doesn't look unusual and it isn't obvious she's had anything done.

She still looks like herself, just less tired. Linda also has a no-fuss medical skincare regime to help with the elasticity loss .

Do you take Vitamin D?

Vitamin D is a fantastic fat soluble vitamin that helps with the growth and development of your bones. It is also metabolised in the body to produce chemicals that inhibit skin DNA damage and help skin DNA repair. This collectively produces an anti-ageing effect on the skin. For this lady Sarda was able to achieve...

• Softening of vertical lip lines ("smokers lines"): The deep creases around the top and sides of the lips are less visible, giving the skin a smoother look.
• Increased lip support and hydration: The lips appear slightly fuller and less collapsed, which helps reduce the etched-in appearance of lines.
• Improved skin texture around the mouth: The area between the upper lip and chin looks more even, with fewer sharp creases.
• Subtle lift in the corners of the mouth: The downturn is less pronounced, which can give a fresher, less tired expression.

Overall, the filler has softened ageing-related lines, added gentle volume, and restored a more youthful structure around the lips without looking overdone.

Jade came in saying she was looking a little tired so we created a treatment plan with dermal filler to achieve the following results:

Under-eye/tear trough area: The hollows beneath the eyes now look softer and less deep, which makes her look less tired.

Mid-face/cheeks: There’s a gentle lift and fullness in the cheek area, giving a fresher and more youthful contour.

Nasolabial folds (lines running from nose to mouth): These appear less pronounced and smoother after treatment.

Overall she has better facial balance and appears subtly rejuvenated to give a natural and more rested look.

Peel season has arrived. So what's the difference in these two peels?

The BioRepeelCl3 is suitable for all skin types, age groups and skin colours. It is exfoliating, brightening and tightening and can help with refining skin texture, hyperpigmentation, large pores and skin congestion such as blackheads and acne. It is a painless procedure where most clients do not experience any downtime and the skin feels softer to touch immediately.

The Alumier Glow Peel is a medium depth peel that penetrates the skin causing stimulation of skin structures such as fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin and plump out the skin. This progressive peel can produce smoother, lighter and tighter skin with a reduction of fine "etched in" lines in the skin. This peel is stronger and as such has more days of peeling. It is recommended for clients aged 35+ after a thorough skin and skincare assessment.
