Elm Tree Aesthetics Limited is based within WE1 Studios, a historic building in Grimsby, close to the town centre with links to the A180. Our location was chosen due to it having undergone a full refurbishment, with outstanding cleanliness and professionalism at the heart. It provides our clients with the ultimate discretion due to its own secure gated carpark, CCTV and a private waiting area; with access to a superior coffee whilst you wait. Moreover, we fully understand the importance of being able to have your treatment and leave the premises encountering the fewest number of people as possible. Therefore, we avoided the town centre or a busy high-street and chose a location that had a very small number of visitors. We know waiting areas in aesthetics or salons can become a crowded place, which can be awkward, but this doesn’t happen at Elm. You may, if you arrive early to your appointment, be given your paperwork to complete in our own waiting area; if you are happy to do so. We try to avoid having clients sat outside with numbing cream on as we find this practice unprofessional. We can also guarantee if you ever see this at Elm, it's down to that client either being a model or one who has requested an express appointment beforehand. Additionally, payment and aftercare instructions are always delivered in our private clinic room, which ensures the ultimate privacy for our clients. Elm and its medical practitioners have a duty to strictly protect and maintain client confidentiality in all medical records, including photographs. Photographs are mandatory before and after treatment for insurance purposes. We would like to assure all our clients that the use of any images, on our social media sites or our Google page, has been authorised for use beforehand with written consent. Our clients' images are never inadvertently shared whether in clinic or online as we take your privacy and emotional and mental wellbeing seriously. If at any time you would like to withdraw your image, you can do so through sending us a message and the images will be removed immediately with no questions asked. Be assured that Elm is a professional clinic, that follows GDPR rules seriously, and looks after you from the moment you enquire to well beyond your treatment with us.

Keeping it real.... 👀

If you're interested in polynucleotides around the eyes, then you must prepare for a little downtime.

💉 Straight after treatment, you can expect small raised bumps (known as papules) at the injection sites. These occur because the product is placed into the superficial dermis and will typically settle within 24–48 hours as the skin absorbs the treatment.

🩹 Bruising & redness:
Because the face contains a rich network of superficial blood vessels, there is a risk of bruising, particularly in delicate areas such as around the eyes.

A downturned mouth can really get you down. We get it.

Obviously, each client is different and we want to use the filler where it will make the biggest impact for the client.

That's why we work a little slower at Elm; we take time to assess and interact with each client and make sure they are happy with our treatment plan for each area.

It's a team effort.

It also keeps the outcome age-appropriate and realistic. These pictures show a result which we were all happy with.

These pesky little lines can make you feel sad even when you're not. So, how are the treatable?

In this case Sarda used a cannula to place the filler in the deep dermis and fanned the product to replace the loss of volume with a natural contour. Sarda then injected some linear threads of filler more superficially, perpendicular to the corners of the mouth, to strengthen the skin and turn the corners of her mouth up.

The great news is the results are instant and can last over a year.

Do lines like these get you down?😒

Pei-oral (lip) lines can be smoothed with dermal filler leading to a more hydrated and rejuvenated appearance that can last up to 12-18 months. Sarda used 1ml of filler targeting the lip lines first then hydrating the lips and sharpening her borders. The total price was £200.

Bruising in this area is very common and you can see it in the bottom image. The same image was taken 1 week post-treatment.

When transformations like this happen at Elm. We literally do jump with joy, as it speaks to our hearts about why we do what we do.

To be 'real' results like these aren't achieved with just one treatment. It involved our client implementing an at-home skincare routine with a strong focus on Obagi Retinol and then the Obagi Tretinoin. She also had an evening eyelash routine, and she committed to coming into Elm every 3-4 months.

Jowls becoming an issue?

Facial slimming doesn’t involve the use of any filler, it involves treating the masseter muscle with 8 injections in total, which can create a more appealing jawline and a softening of the heaviness shown around the nose to mouth lines.

You can clearly see on her before and after images – taken just two weeks apart the jowl (the middle third of the jawline) doesn’t droop as low as it did initially and her cheeks look less heavy.
