We’re so proud to share something special with our community today. 💚

Niki has recently completed her qualification in Pet Bereavement Therapy, a deeply meaningful step that reflects her lifelong connection with animals and her commitment to supporting those who love them.

For many of us, our pets are family. They shape our days, our routines, and the quiet spaces of our lives. When they pass, the grief can feel heavy and often misunderstood. Niki’s new qualification allows her to offer compassionate, dedicated support to anyone navigating this kind of loss.

Last night, we swapped therapy rooms for paint brushes, and enjoyed our first ever ‘Paint Your Partner’ night! 🖌️✨

It was messy, hilarious, and surprisingly heartfelt, a reminder that connection, laughter, and play are just as important for our wellbeing as reflection and rest.

As therapists and business owners, we talk a lot about self-care and relationships…but nights like this remind us to live them too.

Good relationships, whether with partners, friends, or colleagues, are one of the most powerful supports for mental health. 💚

Here’s to fun, friendship, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
