This week and every week choose respect, bullying doesn’t just happen in the playground it can happen at work, at home, at uni and in many other places it shouldn’t. My advice to anyone going through this whoever you are please don’t suffer alone, talk about it with trusted people, use your voice to expose wrongdoing, if you don’t feel comfortable doing that that’s ok too, always remember you are enough and the issue lies with the bully not you 🖤

This year the theme for is an interesting one for many reasons, and I’m sure it will spark much needed conversations and positive changes as always. If you’re someone who has been affected negatively by the theme today or any day of year my inbox is always open and I’m always here to chat and signpost you to relevant caring professionals who can help. If you’re a genuine company who looks after your workers I commend you, wholeheartedly respect you, today we celebrate you keep raising awareness keep having those difficult conversations and keep up the amazing work, to the rest who don’t… check your self… To all the people suffering today and everyday with your mental health you are not alone I see you, I hear you and I am proud of you for fighting and being here today 🖤.
