Let me tell you about Sally*


Sally contacted me as she had read somewhere that nutrition might be able to support her mood and what she thought was the perimenopause. She wasn’t very hopeful but was willing to try anything.
The changes that Sally experienced have been life changing. With some simple tweaks and easy hacks to her diet alongside manageable lifestyle changes Sally is sleeping well and starting the day refreshed and ready to take on the day. She feels balanced, energised and with much more focus and clarity with her work. She has even lost that half a stone that was stubbornly hanging on around her middle. With renewed energy she is exercising regularly and enjoying a weekly yoga class.
Sally has learnt to prioritise herself. She realised she was spending her days ‘servicing’ the needs of others and not herself. Now she enjoys planning and preparing meals for the week ahead, knowing that they will make her feel energised and able to tackle the challenges of work and family life.
