Hormone balancing banana bread ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’š This nourishing bake is packed with pecans, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, eggs, banana, coconut oil, and warming cinnamon ๐ŸŒฟ Simply blend the nuts and seeds into a fine meal, mix with the dry ingredients, then blend the eggs, banana, oil, and maple syrup until smooth ๐Ÿฅฃ Combine everything, spoon into a lined loaf tin, and bake at 180C for 40 to 45 minutes ๐Ÿ”ฅ Let it cool slightly before slicingโ€ฆ and try not to eat it all at once ๐Ÿ˜‰
