As we move into the winter months I have been focusing on improving my sleep and the difference has been remarkable โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ’ค
Simple changes such as later starts avoiding dark morning dog walks and reducing evening screen time have supported much deeper and more restorative rest.
I have been tracking everything with the WHOOP band which monitors sleep quality heart rate variability stress and recovery. It even provides a WHOOP age. Mine is currently 12.8 years younger than my biological age which reflects the impact of personalised nutrition consistent habits and balanced living ๐ŸŒฟโœจ
