Sean has finished! Yippee! So so proud of him 💕 He completed the 270km at 10:49 on Saturday. Sadly, the live stream broke, so no footage, due to a storm at the finish line.

Banana Spinach Smoothie

This is great as a pre or post workout drink.

Ingredients:

🍌1 Banana (frozen)
🥬30g Baby Spinach
🧊4 Ice cubes
🥛120g Unsweetened coconut
yoghurt
🥥240ml Soy/nut milk
💪🏽25g Vanilla Protein Powder

Directions:

1.Add all ingredients to a blender and blend
until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
