A gorgeous circle last night to close 2025 ✨

It’s been quite a year! I know so many of us have been moving through really tough times & this space at has held us deeply through so much of that.

Huge gratitude to Amanda & Adrian for creating such a beautiful venue. For the constant care, upgrades & love they pour into it. I bet not many of you remember the fairly bare yurt & shed loo with all the spiders way back when 😉 It’s grown massively 🤍

This is my 5th year teaching here. I have so many regulars who I adore, many who have become close friends & a couple I now call my yurt mums (I think you know who you are 🫶).

It’s always such an honour to create & hold this space for you, you hold it for me too. I truly don’t think I would have made it through everything this year without your support. What a beautiful community we’ve created ✨

My Winter Day Retreat will be at the very end of the season just as we head into Pisces Season. The most spiritual of them all.

22/2 is balance, harmony, faith & new beginnings.

Will be a beautiful day.

Rest as much as you can after the busyness of Xmas. See how deep you go. Meditation or just time doing nothing is key in this time, to let things bubble to the surface.

Then we will work deeper into everything on this retreat day, starting to visualise what seeds we would like to plant in Spring. As usual, I’ll combine many of my practices into these 4 hours together. Can’t wait to share with you 🙏

Was trying to find some old yoga photos and came across this….

Some of you may remember this as the gift from my first women’s circle from 22/2/22.

A quote I love and have followed for many years.

But some things you can’t choose.

In that circle I specifically talked for the first time to the beautiful women there about mine and Kul’s fertility issues. We hadn’t started IVF yet but we’re in the process of heading towards there after trying for while. And we are still here. With no baby.

It’s been a tough ride, one that only people who have been through it can understand. A hell of a lot of learning and I’ve changed in so many ways.

Yet I have continued to turn up and teach every week throughout it all because it brings me complete joy helping others to relax and heal.

So if you’ve been to my classes this year and last year whilst I have been going through IVF and many of you before then…

You must realise, you have been an important part of my journey too 🤍

What a joy it is to be supported by so many loving supportive people. Thank YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Always remember that energy works both ways ✨
