🌱 Help Our Community Gardens Flourish – Become a Co-op Member Today! 🌱

Our Community Wellbeing Gardens are now a Co-op Local Cause! From 20 Oct–15 Nov, we get £5 for every new Co-op Member who signs up and picks us (up to 10 members).

Our gardens in Frimley and Woking are more than green spaces, they’re places where people connect, grow fresh food, and improve wellbeing through nature-based activities. Your support will help fund essential gardening supplies and even a seasonal recipe book celebrating our homegrown produce.

We recently marked World Mental Health Day , hugging hounds and starting conversations.
 Our message is simple but powerful: WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.
 It was fantastic to chat with so many students about the range of wellbeing services available across Surrey, because no one should face life’s challenges alone.

We did it and reached our Big Give 2025 target and raised over £5000!

What is OCD? 🤔

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition where people experience intrusive, distressing thoughts or urges (obsessions) and feel driven to perform repetitive actions or mental rituals (compulsions) to reduce the anxiety those thoughts cause.

The behaviour often temporarily reduces distress but reinforces the cycle, and over time can seriously limit daily life.

People with OCD may:

- Have persistent intrusive thoughts
- Carry out repetitive behaviours
- Spend a lot of time on the thoughts or rituals, interfering with day-to-day tasks
- Recognise the thoughts/behaviours as excessive or unwanted but feel powerless to stop

I have OCD, what can I do to support myself?

- Learn about OCD
- Challenge the OCD cycle
- Practice mindfulness and acceptance
- Keep a balanced routine
- Join a support community
- Reach out for help
