HKôre Star of the Month - The wonderful Viv⭐️

There’s nothing better than seeing what consistency can do! Over the past year, Viv smashed her first pistol squat, a huge achievement that takes serious patience and perseverance.

Viv shows up to both classic and strength classes and after a little persuasion, has started to grab the heavier dumbbells. Even when dealing with injuries or niggles, she’s stayed committed to moving and showing up. The joy she gets from hitting new goals is infectious, and her growing confidence truly makes her glow.

We’re so proud of the hard work you’ve put in. It’s inspiring to watch, and we love having you as part of our community! 💛💪
