As the days get colder, your body naturally craves warmth and grounding. 🌿 This simple Ayurvedic tea of cinnamon, cardamom, and clove helps stoke your agni (digestive fire) while keeping you balanced through winter. For Pitta types, swap clove for fennel for a cooling yet cozy twist.

As the seasons shift, our bodies crave grounding foods that bring warmth and stability. Root vegetables like carrots, parsnips and beets help anchor us through autumn — nourishing the blood and supporting digestion.

This Root Veg & Lentil Stew is true seasonal medicine in a bowl.
✨ Add cumin, coriander & fennel for Pitta balance
✨ Try mustard seed & ginger for Kapha

Simple, hearty and perfectly in tune with autumn’s rhythm.

Pumpkin soup is more than just autumn comfort food — it’s Ayurveda in a bowl.
- Pumpkin’s natural sweetness grounds and calms Vata.
- A pinch of black pepper or chili helps stimulate sluggish Kapha.
- Its lightness makes it suitable for Pitta too.

A seasonal dish that brings balance across all three doshas. 🍲✨

Autumn is the season for grounding, warming foods 🍂✨ A simple pumpkin vegetable broth is light yet deeply nourishing – perfect for balancing Vata’s cold, dry qualities and still gentle enough for Pitta too. 🌿 I love adding a spoon of ghee and spices like cumin or ginger to make it extra soothing and supportive for digestion.

I help women align with the seasons through Ayurveda – from the food you eat to the way you live day-to-day. And I’m so excited to share that I’ve started writing my very own Ayurvedic cookbook 📖✨ More details coming soon!

✨ What a wonderful Sunday spent sharing Ayurveda ✨

The workshop was such a joy to host – we explored warming foods for each dosha, supportive daily routines for autumn, and enjoyed my homemade autumn tea and nourishing date balls (a healthy twist on sweets!).

The feedback has been incredible. Hearing that Ayurveda now feels clearer and more approachable for so many of you means the world 🙏🏼🌿

Thank you to everyone who joined – I can’t wait for the next workshop on 12th October!

🍂 As we step into autumn, Ayurveda reminds us it’s more than just a change in weather — it’s a shift in energy.
This transitional season can leave us feeling a little scattered: dry skin, restless sleep, irregular digestion.

The key? Balance.
By adding warmth, nourishment, and grounding practices into your routine, you align your body with nature’s rhythm.

✨ Are you ready to embrace the season mindfully?
Save this post as your gentle reminder.

In Ayurveda, sleep is one of the pillars of health - your body repairs, restores, and rebalances during deep rest.

🌙 Create a sacred wind-down: dim lights, no screens, herbal tea, warm oil massage.
