Hi, I’m Parm — the face behind dLAY Ayurveda!

I’ve spent over 20 years living and breathing Ayurveda, guiding people from all walks of life to reconnect with their bodies, food, hormones, and the earth.

My journey began as a trained chef, working both abroad and here in the UK. It was in those kitchens that I first discovered the powerful link between what we eat and how we feel. Later, my own experiences with thyroid imbalance and fertility challenges deepened my commitment to finding natural, sustainable ways to support health and vitality.

Today, I offer one-to-one consultations, interactive workshops, and community events that bring Ayurvedic wisdom into everyday life — from starting the day with intention to winding it down with care.

For me, Ayurveda isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about finding your natural rhythm, living in harmony with the seasons, and remembering what truly nourishes you. Through cooking classes, talks, and personalised guidance, I help people turn simple daily choices into acts of self-care and nourishment… so that wellness becomes not just a goal, but a way of being.
