Retinoids (retinol is a type of
retinoid) are the most researched and probably the best ingredient you can give to your skin.

They are powerful enough to improve fine line and wrinkles, skin texture, acne, pigmentation and more.

Retinol will not deliver visible results quickly.
Typical side effects include dryness, tightness, peeling, and redness - especially when first starting out.

These side effects usually subside after two to three months until the skin acclimates.
But definitely your skin will thank you later!

Beautiful Sofia Richie is a prefect example of masseter reduction treatment.

That “square-jawed” look is usually the result of over developed masseter muscles .

They are the muscles that are attached to the angle of your jaw and control your chewing.

If you grind or clench your teeth they can become more pronounced and produce that strong, masculine jawline.

Muscle relaxing injections can relax the muscles around your jaw ( also reduce other symptoms such as pain, tension) and sculpt the jawline to appear more feminine - heart shaped.

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒖𝒔𝒆?

𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙧- if you use a gel or foaming cleanser, a pea-sized drop is enough, if you use a cream cleanser, up the amount to a cranberry-sized drop.

𝙀𝙭𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧- aim for an almond-sized amount.

𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙪𝙢- the intensive formulations often mean that only a coffee bean-sized amount is needed.

𝙀𝙮𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢- a blob the size of a grain of rice should be adequate for use under both eyes.

𝙈𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙧- each moisturiser will have its own guidelines for use, though a pea-sized to almond-sized drop should be enough for use on the face, ears and neck.

𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙠- sheet masks are formulated with the ideal amount of serum, depending on the consistency of your clay or gel face mask, a full teaspoon amount should be adequate to cover the face.

𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣- to protect our face and neck from UV rays we should apply dose of 2 mg/cm2 which is equivalent to two strips of sunscreen squeezed out on to both the index and middle fingers ✌🏽from the palmar crease to the fingertips.

𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙡- a pea sized amount to start with, increase to a fingertip quantity when your skin can tolerate it daily.

Thank you to my lovely patient for sending over this photo! ❤️

This beautiful lady came to me saying she would like to improve her skin and look more refreshed. She also didn’t like that her lower face looked quite heavy and complained about pain in her jaw.

To achieve this I use a combination of neurotoxin treatment, dermal fillers, injectable skin boosters and a skincare regime.

To improve her skin quality I created a bespoke skincare regime and a few session of Redensity 1 skinboosters.
To smooth out the lines around her forehead/eyes and to slim down her lower face (which also reduced the pain in her jaw) I used muscle relaxing injections. I dissolved her lips as there was some migration present above her upper lip. I also added a bit of filler to her chin to contour her lower face.

She's absolutely beautiful! ❤️

Tox Brow Lift is one of the most requested treatments in the clinic and one of my personal favourites!

Thank you to my gorgeous patient for sending me this photo ❤️

This lovely lady came to me saying she would like to look more refreshed and less tired.

To achieve this I placed a dermal filler around her cheeks where the main volume was lost.

Patients are very often afraid of having cheek fillers done but cheeks are an incredibly important part of the face. They literally give support and hold up the entire face.

Adding volume to the cheeks, in this case also indirectly improved the eye area and smile lines, it gave an illusion of a lift.

Around the upper face and to correct a gummy smile I used muscle relaxing injections. She also started her skincare regime.

She’s absolutely stunning! 🌹
