The Winter Solstice marks the moment when darkness reaches its peak, and then slowly gives way to light. It is seen not as an ending, but a turning point.

🌱 Rebirth & Renewal – the “return of the Sun”
🔥 Hope – light begins to grow again, even if slowly. 🕯️ Stillness & Reflection – nature rests; so do we.
🌑 Shadow Work – acknowledging inner darkness to transform it into light

Reconnecting with your Inner Child through Somatic Practices, Symbolism & Compassion.

Continuing with the theme of Restful, Ati will guide you through connecting with and lovingly care for your inner child, using the concept of parts therapy. She will encourage the use of symbolic tools (nesting dolls), gentle somatic movement, and flower-based rituals to create a safe and restful environment.

During this session you will:

💆🏽‍♀️ Be guided through a soothing face massage working on relaxation and soothing acupressure points.

🧘🏽‍♀️Rest in a guided meditation which is designed to integrate all of the senses and promote a feeling of restfulness.

🪆Be guided to use symbolic tools - nesting dolls and flowers to create a safe and restful environment.

📝 There will be some writing to encourage release, but this is optional.

We flowed, shared, hugged and connected. There is an incredible bond that has formed. Yoga Teacher Training doesn’t just end at graduation. It’s the beginning of something new, there is a supportive group formed ✨
