He’s back !! Join Sessions // Sunday 9th November

The Bare Bones of Breathing - Meet Jambo Troung

Part anatomist, part mystic - Jambo Truong teaches where science meets spirit. A Senior Forrest Yoga Guardian and founder of Alchemy in Motion, he’s spent over two decades helping students understand the architecture of their breath and the emotions it holds. 

His workshops blend biomechanics, bodywork, and breathwork - unlocking resilience in the body, freedom in the ribs, and clarity around the heart.

Schedule:

10am // Meditation and anatomy focused pranayama for ribcage freedom

11am // Yoga Therapy for the shoulders

1pm // Short break

1.30–3.30 // Bodywork to unlock the sternum, expand the ribcage, and restore heart boundaries.
