NEW CLASS!
Mindful Flow with Sara. Thursdays at 09:15.
A mixed ability class beginning with breath work, then we explore combining fluid movement with some holds in poses offering time to work deeply. This class offers the opportunity to learn to move through yoga sequences with greater ease while gaining more strength and improved alignment.
There is time at the end of class to pause in guided relaxation.
