'I want to say a huge thank you to Mr. Rowe-Jones for his kindness, skill and expertise in treating me after a traumatic fall, which left me with a badly broken nose.
My nose was fracture was complex and severe, and I suffered marked psychological damage secondary to the fracture. From the very beginning of my care with Mr. Rowe-Jones I felt listened to and supported, and importantly, he gave me hope for the future.
Every step in my care journey with him was exceptional, with clear guidance and explanations about the surgical process, what was likely to be achievable. He understood my concerns, and took time to answer all questions thoroughly.
The operation went smoothly, with no postoperative pain and no virtually no bruising, and minimal swelling.
Some twelve months on I now have a straight nose, no visible scarring and a restored sense of self and self esteem. I couldn’t ask for more. It is fair to say that he underpromised and overdelivered. I am delighted with the end result and couldn’t recommend Mr. Rowe-Jones highly enough. '
