Her Strength is dedicated to helping women become stronger, fitter, more mobile, more physically capable and functional and generally happier and more confident, through our empowering, effective and expertly coached home workouts. We have a dedicated focus on giving you high quality coaching and lots of positive encouragement. Strength training is essential for women, and our aim is to help you move with confidence, meeting you where you’re at and helping you build strength and muscle tone as well as cardio fitness and mobility. You’ll be guided throughout by Lucinda’s coaching based on her 12+years of cross-discipline qualifications and experience in Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and Pre & Post Natal Training – the concepts of which she interweaves throughout the on-demand workouts. We help you learn and perform the exercises correctly to be both as safe and as effective as possible for you. Personal Training:

We continue to work with male and female clients in person – either face-to-face at our fully equipped private gym studio in Bramley, 10mins outside Guildford – or via Zoom or FaceTime. Our trainers are Lucinda and Darren, a husband and wife team with over 35 years of personal training experience and fitness industry experience between us. From complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers we are committed to client care and we work closely with our clients to take you to your next goal in your fitness journey. For example, whether your goal is to lose body fat and tone up; to get back on track with regular exercise and you need a fitness kick-start; or regain strength and function in your core and body after having a baby. We specialise in improving general fitness, strength and conditioning training, mobility training, muscle building, toning up, fat loss, pilates and pre and postnatal training. We believe that every ‘body’ is individual with its own starting point, strengths, imbalances and challenges. We also understand that everybody is in their own unique situation. Alongside taking our clients through appropriate training sessions we will provide support and guidance; motivation and accountability; practical advice and knowledge based on the latest research to help them achieve their fitness goals. We do not believe in quick fixes. We believe in healthy, balanced, happy, active living - around the commitments and chaos of normal life.

Would you take a set of “weightless” dumbbells on holiday? These could be a great option.

These were a cheap & cheerful set I found on Amazon - but having a little bit of equipment with me gave me the incentive to workout 💪🏼

Then it’s just a case of pressing play & being coached, guided & encouraged through a workout on the Her Strength Membership. (Of course I follow my own holiday-friendly workouts 😇)
