Two years strong and still growing!

Our Women’s Weightlifting Collective has been lifting, learning, and building confidence together since summer 2023 — and we’ve come a long way since that very first class.

The WWC is a women-led, women-focused weightlifting class designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all. Thanks to partial funding, we’re able to keep things affordable and inclusive.

At MTM, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live their best life through health and fitness — and this group is a proud part of that mission.

Shoutout to every one of the incredible women who’ve been part of the journey so far — you inspire us every single week.

If you’re new to lifting, working on technique, or just need a boost of motivation, this class is for you.

Looking for some Weekday meal ideas, we got you!

If you’re a busy mum on the lookout for some great meal ideas (that don’t require 3 hours of Nigella faff in the kitchen), but are also nutritious enough for your health goals (without a dry chicken/broccoli in sight) these might do the trick to spark some ideas.
