We have FREC 3 Courses available to book in Surrey!

The FREC 3 is a level 3 pre-hospital care qualification offered by us and accredited and regulated by Qualsafe. Going far beyond a simple first aid qualification, this course aims to teach you skills that can useful in a wide range of scenarios such as how to manage catastrophic bleeds and traumatic injury, performing proper patient assessments and paediatric emergencies as well as covering the ‘core essentials’ such as how to use an AED to defibrilate a patient and perform CPR whilst going much further and touching on identifying reversible causes of cardiac arrest so that you can ensure the best chance of survival for your patient.

This course is great for those working in high risk environments, remote areas, healthcare and even security, with many CP operators claiming that holding a FREC qualification is a must to see increased employability.

All of our FREC courses are delivered and overseen by paramedics and our training location allows for a range of scenarios to be posed for you to test out your new skills!

With the sunny days officially upon us (even if they are faltering a little bit right now...), event season is officially OPEN!

So take this as a friendly nudge to think about your event medical and safety arrangments now. Of course we can help out last minute, but we always work better with notice and then we can truly help and support your event in anyway possible to help deliver what you envision.

You can't get better than that.

Our team took a call on Tuesday, from a new client who had been reccomended us by a previous client for medical cover at last minute and they needed cover.

Less than an hour later, all sorted, risks understood and appropriate, professional medical cover arranged to cover their activities this week 🥳.

MEDIREK can help with a range of safety and medical activities from risk management and emergency planning for your events or venues, through to professional medical cover, confined space rescue and fire protection. Whilst notice is always good, we'll always look to try and make things work for short notice or last minute requests too!

🇭🇷 Medirek goes international! 🇭🇷

We've been prepping and packing, ahead of deploying a team to Croatia next week to support medical provision for for the duration of their trip next week.

We're providing a multi disciplined team, lead by paramedics, but including mental health nursing staff, incident managers, technicians and more to ensure all the bases are covered and that the guests get the best possible should they need it, interfacing with local services if necessary. Furthermore, we're deploying with full equipment and pharmacy/emergency drugs (in line with travel regulations that is, its no small feat!)

Congratulations to the delegates on our first FREC3 course, seen here working with some of our operational staff to tie in all their skills up to the handover to, and likely continuing to assist the ambulance crew upon their attendance. All passed and with good feedback on the course, delivered by our paramedics.

We'll have more dates soon, but please get in contact if you'd like to express interest in FREC3 or FREC4 training.

We've had staffing out supporting a corporate client with a product shoot in London the past two days, as well as delivering our first inaugural FREC3 course at Redhill Aerodrome this week!

We have a wide range of clinicians for a variety of film, photography and media applications and our Safety services background means we can accurately and appropriately assess the risk presented by your induvidual project, as well as produce management plans, risk assessments and more to suit.

Furthermore, we now also boast a comprehensive training catalogue, including first aid, paediatric first aid and the FREC suite of qualifications.
