This past week saw some of the team deployed abroad in Croatia supporting the mammoth undertaking that is . An incredible event run by an evidently hard working group of people!

We provided an embedded paramedic led medical team to cover emergency medical incidents, urgent care clinics, welfare and safeguarding support to make sure the teams enjoyed their time to the fullest.

We were on hand to provide a full range of medical support and had capability to undertake full patient monitoring, administration of emergency drugs (from nebulisation and IM right through to IV and IO routes if necessary), as well as interfacing in with local services to maintain a low impact on local infrastructure but also help our guests understand and navigate the local healthcare system where medications or assistance was required.

Unlike many other providers, our safeguarding processes link in with established services in the UK to ensure that there's a degree of handover despite the incident occurring abroad. Something we take very seriously and see as very important as we continue to look to reduce demand on partners wherever possible.

We don't just provide clinician's, we provide comprehensive top cover, complete with the right equipment, emergency drugs, insurance, policies and processes to make sure we're doing everything absolutely above board.

Dry trees pose an severe fire hazard, so check it's got enough water. Not only will it reduce the risk of fire, but it will reduce needle drop too.

It's been lovely providing medical cover for trail at so far, we've been providing staffing every day they've been open.

The trail looks incredible and we can attest you're in safe hands, as we're there 😉.

The trail continues until the 3rd of January, but slots are limited and filling up quickly so don't delay!

Thousands of people seen today, and an excellent open to the Christmas Season for Reigate.

Clinician led medical cover, and professional fire cover provided to the Reigate Business Guild's Christmas Fayre in conjunction with .

We consulted with this organiser earlier in the year to help them verify they were delivering this annual event in the safest way possible, given it had become a true staple of the local event calendar and then delivered a package of safety and medical services to compliment the careful planning the organisers had already undertaken.

A great day enjoyed by thousands of attendees, we'll see you again next year Reigate!

Over 135 hours of top class medical cover provided this weekend, deploying 28 staff to everything from remembrance services to Fireworks events and mountain biking.

We're a truly resilient and versatile service, except for tomorrow when we might have a little rest!

A spot earlier this morning doing a check on kit at before heading onwards to for rugby cover.

A fun fact, the defender is ex and our director spent a few shifts aboard it around Waverley in his previous career as a police officer. (We have a photo of it somewhere helping to deliver supplies into Hindhead after some particularly bad snow...)

Whilst this looks like we've happened across a barn fire (it transpires we're probably not going to win any awards for bonfire photography), we're very pleased to be out supporting the display and bonfire at Bramley this evening, with adequate 4x4 capability and patient retrieval capabilities if necessary.
