The University of Surrey’s Human Performance Institute, based within the world-class Surrey Sports Park, provides a range of individually personalised fitness and health assessments to help everyone – from elite Olympic athletes to the general public – to learn more about their health status, manage weight-loss and optimise fitness and performance. Our aim is to use up to date sport science techniques to accurately determine what shape you’re in and to optimize your future health and fitness.
