Physical activity sometimes comes at a price. This patient presented me with a challenge. A clearly injured hamstring from a quick ski holiday but wants to run Boston marathon this month. Thank goodness for our Alter G treadmill allowing a much faster return to running. Come check it out at Guildford rugby club.
