One of the easiest yet hardest ways to improve lower back and knee mobility, is to squat down like this.

Hard, because it can be painful or difficult to get into the position (let alone get up from it 😅). Easy, because with practice, it is a sure fire way to improve mobility from the back - down.
Queue the song “the hip bone is connected to the knee bone” 🦵

This is coming from someone with knee arthritis significant enough to make it a considerable effort to get in and out of this position. Yes I know you must be thinking arthritis at only 39 years old (I know I am not a spring 🐔), but that became the price to pay for the many years of overuse and neglect of my feet and knees for my betterment.

In this regard, ignorance is definitely not bliss.

Because of persevering with regular use and excuses to squat like this, I strongly believe that I will do a decent job of managing the current state of my knee and foot (yes there is more 🫣) the way it is now and in the future 🙏💪

So, if I can do it (albeit in ridiculous attire - I know I need help here 🛍️), with a bit of practice, you can too. Enjoy 👌
