Stiff feet? A practical way to improve foot mobility - walk up and down a hill.

The climb will work on foot flexion and the descend - foot extension.

The best bit, everything above such as the knee, hip and back will also mobilise to keep you from falling!

I know, I have ugly toes. Too much football in tight boots. Some things never change.

Flat feet only really become an issue if the back and knee are not in harmony. So everything above the feet needs to be managed well.

What I am demonstrating is not the most efficient way to clean a floor, but definitely a practical one.

Keep in mind if you have flat feet and when a bit of water gets on the floor after your next ๐Ÿ›€ or ๐Ÿšฟ
