We are highly experienced and treat with acupuncture, tuina massage for infants, and dietary advice. We have found dietary advice really helps alongside acupuncture.

At our affordable acupuncture clinic in Guildford we have treated many people for hay fever and seasonal allergies over the years.
We have helped many people to ease their hay fever significantly and sometimes even to eliminate it.

Hay fever (allergic rhinitis) is one of the most common allergies and affects 49% of people in the UK.

It can range from mildly irritating to debilitating and can affect a person's quality of life drastically.

The standard medical treatment is anti histamines and decongestants which can work to repress symptoms but don't go to the root cause and can lose their effectiveness after time.

Acupuncture does go to the root cause of the issue: it helps the body to regulate it's immune response and to decrease inflammation. And acupuncture has no adverse side effects, indeed you may experience positive side effects such as sleeping better or reduced stress and pain!

TINY needles - big magic! ✨

What's acupuncture like?.....

Did you know that acupuncture needles are absolutely TINY? Nothing like the hypodermic needles some of us are not so keen on. In fact we can fit 20 (or more) of our standard acupuncture needles into a hypodermic needle, see - TINY!

Often when we treat people they may not even notice we have begun to insert the tiny needles. At other times sensation may be felt and then fade away.

The feeling of acupuncture is different for everyone, with unique experiences of the acupuncture point being activated and the qi moving being reported - fascinating!

You may feel a comfortable ache, a feeling like warmth moving through the channel(s) or a welcome coolness swirling around - or you may feel something else entirely.

Whatever you feel is entirely yours and well worth tuning in to and paying some attention - where attention goes; energy flows!
