A team from took part in The Winter Tanners 20 miler on Sunday, predictably muddy but a great route taking in some beautiful countryside and fab weather! Thanks to the organisers and volunteers who made it possible and well done to all those who took part. 💪🏼

Premium Shoe Fit - this is a 45 minute service delivered one-to-one in the Run Lab by our running technique and injury rehab specialist. Your shoe fitting will include video running technique analysis and a dynamic 2D and 3D footscan to identify your strengths, weakness and running goals. RUNNERS MOT is our flagship services as well as being one of the most popular services we offer at the Run Lab. It’s a 90 minute session starting with a one-to-one with Andy or experienced running technique specialist to identify your goals. The service is then tailored to your needs and will include a 3D foot scan using video analysis from our treadmill and movement screen in order to identify your strengths and weaknesses, movement instability and inflexibility. You will then receive coaching on how to improve the way you run along with exercise advice to focus on areas where you might need a little extra work.

By the end of the session, you will have an in-depth understanding of where you need to strengthen and a programme to help you achieve your goals and reduce the risk of injury.
